Residential Boarding House Waterproofing

Project Description:

Installation of comprehensive waterproofing systems to a residential boarding house, incorporating various roofing and waterproofing solutions across the property.

Requirements:

• Installed a total of 500m2 of double-layered Torch-on membrane across six different roofs, ensuring a reliable waterproofing solution for the entire structure.

• Applied WPA 560 epoxy primer and WPA 230UV LIQUID membrane to 300m2 of parapets, providing enhanced durability and weather resistance.

• Coated two large internal commercial bathrooms with WPA water-based primer and WPA 500 LIQUID MEMBRANE, ensuring a watertight environment.
